Terms & Conditions

To our beloved customers:


1. The closing dates for each batch of pre-orders are 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month.
2. All products will be checked and be verified before sending out. Therefore, items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
3. All the photos of products are provided by wholesaler, therefore please allow slight differences for the actual items. Surely, we always emphasize on the products' quality, please rest assured that we will limit the possible differences as best as we can.
4. Customers should allow discrepancies within 1 to 2 inches for the measurements stated on clothes due to different ways of measurement.
5. Customers will need to bear the risk for all purchased items. We will not hold responsibility for complaints such as not as nice as imagined, dissatisfaction of the quality, size is unfitted for wearing and etc.
6. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items are delivered.
7. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait the products to arrive.
8. Since all pre-order items are imported, the price stated on items already included all the cost, air freight handling fees and etc, please don't bargain with us, we work on small profits and quick returns. All bargainers will be promptly ignored, please be understanding.
9. Sometimes the sold out items will be falsely stated as being available due to the uncontrollable diversification on supplier's system. If the item is confirmed out of stock, we will refund the amount to you, and thank you for being considerate.
10. We reserve the right to make any changes on our website, policies, and the terms and conditions at any point of time.
11. All the terms and conditions stated above are applicable for all buyers.

2. 所有的商品在寄出之前都會經過專人檢查，所以我們不接受任何商品退換。
3. 所有商品的照片皆來自批發商，跟實品有些許差別是在所難免。當然，店主本身很注重品質，一定會提供與實物較為相符的商品給買家選購。
4. 由於測量方式不同，請買家們自行衡量1至2寸大小的尺寸差異。
5. 買家的購買風險全是由買家承擔，如收到的商品跟想像中不一樣，手工不夠精細，尺寸不合等問題，我們一概不負責。
6. 商品一旦被寄出，我們一概不負責任何損失。
7. 如果無法等待過長的發貨時間，請勿下單訂購。
8. 由於所有預購商品都是從外國進口，商品上所顯示的價格是包括成本及空運郵費等的，請買家勿議價，店主推崇的是薄利多銷。議價者恕不受理，請見諒。
9. 由於供應商的庫存變化大，有時候系統上顯示有貨的其實是已下架商品，請買家體諒。一旦確定沒貨，店主一定會退還餘款。
10. 我們將保留隨時更改任何關於網站的資料和相關條規的權利。
11. 接受以上所有條規的買家才可下單。
