Purchase Guidelines

1. Once you have confirmed the items that you want to purchase, please place your order through the "Order Form" provided.
2. After placing your order, please wait for us to confirm the order with you patiently. We will reply you within 24 hours.
3. Once you have successfully submitted your order and have received our confirmation of your order, please kindly make your payment within 3 days, otherwise your order will be automatically canceled. For further details, please proceed to "Payment" page.
4. Please notify us with a "Payment Notification" after the payment is successfully made, so that we can process your order immediately.
5. Otherwise stated by us, all pre-order items will arrive within 14 working days after the closing date, please wait patiently.
6. Please rest assured that we will notify you with a tracking number once your parcel is delivered.
7. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will serve you as best as we can.

5. 除非店主另外通知，否則所有的預購商品將在預購截止之後的14個工作天內抵達，請您耐心等待。
6. 一旦商品被寄出，店主將連同包裹跟蹤號碼一起通知您，請您放心。
7. 如有任何疑問，請留言給店主，店主一定會盡心盡力為您解答。
